Human Touch Acuvibe Portable Personal Massager Review This compact, cordless (and dare we say, cute) handheld massager provides fast, effective and pinpoint relief wherever and whenever you need it. Unlike other massagers, the acuvibe focuses 100 percent of its exclusive oscillation energy in the massage head, not in your hands. So, instead of a numb hand, you enjoy targeted relief from sore, tense muscles anywhere stress affects your body. And its powerful motor is whisper-quiet and runs up to 45 minutes on a single charge over twice as long as other cordless massagers making it perfect for the car, offi ce and carry-on bag. Just flick it on, wave it over sore, tight muscles, and, abracadabra stress and soreness disappears!

Human Touch Acuvibe Portable Personal Massager Reviews and Testimonials
Customer Rating: Summary: Great for sore muscles, lightweight and quiet! Comment: I haven't been able to use it too often as my wife likes to keep it for herself. I cannot blame her, as it really works out any soreness you may have in your muscles after a hard day at work. Whenever I find where she has it hidden, I like to work it against my shoulders, and it allows instant relief. My wife uses it on her thighs as she is often cleaning up, or working around the sink. You may want to purchase two if your wife also gets sore thighs from housekeeping.
A word of caution (though it may not apply to all people) my wife often becomes very lethargic after use, and is generally asleep within minutes of ending her massage session. I wouldn't use it in the car for this reason.
Though soft, the tip has a bizarre scent, you may want to avoid use on the face.
Customer Rating: Summary: Powerful, quiet , convenient size Comment: It's most useful to compare this item with the grandmommy of them all, the Hitachi Magic Wand. Here's where this one is actually better than the Hitachi:
- Size: this item is smaller and therefore can be held and directed better
- Weight: this item is lighter
- Cordless: no more 3 feet cord limitation!
- Noise: Quieter than the HMW, great for nights :)
- Comfort: head is softer and therefore more comfotable. Is also smaller than HMW head so more focused
Here are the cons:
- Power: not as powerful as the HMW but certainly powerful enough if you haven't been spoiled by the Hitachi
- Batterylife: the battery will last reasonably long but after 30 mins becomes noticably weak
I'd say this is great as an extra for travel and during times you want to reduce noise but overall I'd recommend the full size Acuvibe (see other review) and / or Hitachi for serious use!
