Comment: I tried the Coltox for 60 days and saw a noticeable change in my body udring that process. I purchased two kits so I can last the full 60 days. The Phase 2 bottle actually lasted 10 days longer than expected so I was able to purify my body for over 60 days! My bowel movements increased to 3 per day by the 2nd week I was on it. It was hard to tell what type of internal cleansing was done since you cant actually see anything going on but I honestly felt like my energy levels increased over the 60 days. I normally got sluggish around mid-day but when I was taking this product I found myself not felling that way. I was not sold on these over-the counter colon cleansers but I'm glad I tried Coltox.

Comment: Have been on the product for a week, haven't noticed any changes. I am up to 6 tablets a day of Phase 1 (this is the maximum they recommend) and nothing, if you know what I mean! I am taking two tablets a day of Phase 2. I will continue with the product for the recommended time, and report back if anything changes. Update - changed from 6 tabs a day of Phase 1 to 4 a day, kept on with 2 tabs a day of Phase 2, finally noticing a change. Not significant as promised, but definitely more regular than normal. Downside is noticeable increase in gas, yuck. Will keep on the product for the recommended time, probably will not purchase again. Would change to 3 stars, instead of the one I originally gave it.
