I liked the lactose free powder shake mix that SlimFast used to make. I'm disappointed with this new drink because it doesn't make me fill satisfied, and it's expensive. I don't think it tastes as good as the powder does in soy milk, which is strange because usually powders aren't as good, but this is still great for when you aren't at home.
