Summary: Half the quantity it used to be
Comment: I use NuStevia for years. I love the taste and usually purchase 100 packets.
However, since I travel a lot, I bought 6 months ago 1000 packets of 1000mg powder each. It was great, so made another order of 1000 packets.
This time, I found out that each packet contains only 500mg of Stevia powder. (It feels even less). This is not stated anywhere throughout the advertisement, so I suppose somebody decided to save without noticing the costumers. Since I have to use 2 packets in each serving, it's actually 500 packets for the price of 1000.
Not very nice.

Summary: Sweet, without bitterness or carbs
Comment: I highly recommend this product. It makes everything taste sweet without any bitter aftertaste. I feel as if my blood sugar is more stable in comparison to the other nustevia product that contains maltodextrin. I notice less dizziness and between meal hunger and greatly decreased out of focus thinking.
My favorite use for stevia: frozen blueberries, stevia and yogurt. Great tasting dessert without nutritional regret.

Summary: Wonderful sweetener
Comment: I love this sweetener and Amazon has it at a price that can't be beat. This no-carb blend means I can drink it without concern about brushing my teeth all the time. Packets are perfect for a regular or large mug of tea. Other reviews commented on product quality; my entire shipment was dry and I've not had any packets that seem to be only a few grains. (Note that the sweetness of stevia means that the volume in each packet is a lot less than it would be for sugar.)

Comment: The reason that there is less of the powder in each packet is because it's so sweet. It requires less of this Stevia formulation to sweeten whatever, than other formulations do. Erythritol has been added, but erythritol has a 0 on the glycemic index, unlike maltodextrin and other sugars. I've been very pleased with this product. I will buy it again.
