As was mentioned earlier, it did take some time to really see results (at least 10 days). But it has helped a great deal. It's not a magic pill, I still have to eat healthy(lots of fiber), drink my water, and exercise...but those are things I should be doing anyway. I've been very happy with how it has turned out.
