Summary: excellent "personal" massager for ladies
Comment: I know this is supposed to be for your back but I bought it for
"personal" massaging needs. There are some definite pluses about this massager. It's inconspicuous if you have kids (and even if you don't). It's not too heavy and there are no batteries to change since it's electric. The motor is pretty quiet and can't be heard from the next room. My favorite thing about this product is its curved ergonomic handle. The handle really makes the massager hand-friendly(not a lot of adjusting position). About the vibrations themselves; The vibrations are strong enough to "get you where you need to be" and more.
I wasn't disappointed at all!

Comment: i bought this product cuz it looked like a easy solution for my feet i have cyrible pulsy and my feet and ankles are always swollen specailly durring the winter months and i dont like laying in bed all day with my feet up im a mom of 3 boys too, this product has a long handle so i can reach my feet and the vibration circulates the blood to take the swelling down and the heat is a benefit to me as well it helps the blood to circulate in my feet which is another good thing cuz my feet are always cold from the inside. i know it is meant for the back and shoulders but i thought id see if this worked for me anyway the simplest of devices that give me no excuses not to rub my legs everyday is a plus and so far i see this as being it i leave it plugged in where i sit everyday and i use it for 30 minutes a day im glad i have it. oh and to let every one know i read all the negitive comments on this product b4 i bought it and i disagree with all its easy and convient and it woks for me, and last but not least i dont have the energy or the time to go to therpy with 3 kids. so thank you homedics

Summary: Not at all what I thought it would be
Comment: I bought this massager with the intention of using it to releave my shoulder and neck tension. Boy, did it not get the job done! It basically just vibrated on my muscles until it deadened them and put them to sleep. After I removed the massager, the muscle tension was still there. I would not buy anything like this again!

Summary: Good for the price, hard on the hand!!!
Comment: I've had this product for about a week now. And I have been using it everyday on my boyfriend who has back pain. For the price it's perfect. It has different heads that you can use on different parts of the back, and part of the handle adjusts to the motion (kind of like in some tooth brushes). He loves it and the heat is also a nice feature.
The reason why I gave it 3 starts, it's because of the vibration given out by the massager, my hand gets a funny sensation, it's not too pleasant. The same applies if you're massaging yourself. So my recommendation have someone do it for you, so you can relax and enjoy.
So in general for the price of 16 bucks it's a good product to have.

Comment: Absolutely no power whatsoever. If you have true back or shoulder pain you are better off with a hand massage or standing under the shower. No power at all in this machine.
