While I could see that this wouldnt solve all back/neck problems, I think its definately worth it to try if your problem sounds like mine. I have been going to the chiropractor on a weekly basis for almost 15 years, and I'm pretty confident that now all I will need are a couple 'tune-ups' a few times a year. Don't spend to much time on it because it streches the neck muscles and can cause some sorness in those muscles, but the pulling action that streches the neck and opens the joints will go a long way to easing pain cuased by a day at the computer or just typical pain for compressed disks.
