Comment: I take this because I am not allowed iron supplements. The product has a complete mix but not an excess of anything. This is best because the long term effects of high doses of some vitamins is still unkown. This product covers all the bases to make sure you get at least the minimum required for health. Made by a reputable company so you do not need to worry about where it came from or what is in it. Some other less well known brands have had contamination problems (such as lead) or sub-potency. This is a good safe complete product.
